Dron Sembur Sawah

Mixing chemicals for a spray drone

Many farmers measure product by the knapsack tank. With a drone, that habit has to change.

Less water

Drones spray a much lower water volume per hectare, so the mix in the tank is more concentrated.

Rate per hectare is what counts

Follow the active ingredient rate per hectare on the label. Adding extra "to make it stronger" wastes money and adds risk.

Check for a UAS recommendation

The Department of Agriculture only permits products with a UAS recommendation. Ask your supplier or agriculture officer if unsure.
